Stephaney Moody

Stephaney is a pastor, mentor, community advocate, and global mission’s leader dedicated to discipleship and leadership development. 

For more than 18 years, she has served as Founder and Pastor of New Beginnings Discipleship Ministries in Des Moines, Iowa. She also founded the Apostolic Leadership & Mentoring Institute, equipping ministry leaders in the United States and internationally.

With more than 15 years of international mission’s experience, she works diligently to strengthen local churches, develop leaders, and support sustainable community outreach. She serves as the first female President of the Pastors & Ministers Alliance, Executive Director of The Bond of Unity, Des Moines Police Department Chaplain, and Coordinator of its Community Ambassador Program.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Isaiah University. 

The devoted wife of Pastor Vincent Moody, mother of seven, and grandmother of twenty, including one in heaven, she remains committed to her calling: to serve, equip, and help the Body of Christ understand their Kingdom Identity.
